At the piano, on the page, and in the workshop. I’m a musician, arranger, piano educator, and the maker behind HarpForge.
Explore my workRegular practice has become a body of work of its own. My 100-day challenges document the process of learning, listening, and returning to an instrument day after day.

A second 100-day piano challenge: another chapter in building a consistent practice and sharing music.
My current chromatic harmonica practice journey, bringing my piano and sheet-music background to an instrument shaped by breath.
Practice archives and selected performance links will be added here.
Transcribing and arranging bring together the way I hear music and the way I understand it at the piano. My published work spans MuseScore and ArrangeMe.
A collection of my sheet music transcriptions and arrangements, giving musical ideas a form that other players can read and explore.
My published arrangements, including piano, vocal, and guitar formats that also inspire my own instrumental practice.
Catalog links and selected scores will be added here.
My musical background includes teaching piano with Tayler Robinson Music. Teaching is an important part of my experience: helping another person connect what they see on the page with what they hear and play.
As I develop my own performance, arranging, and instrument projects, I remain open to selected teaching opportunities and musical collaborations.
More about my background ↓A musical idea, made tangible.
I design and make sliding harmonica mouthpieces through HarpForge. The work brings together my experience as a musician with hands-on design, prototyping, and 3D printing.
Playing the harmonica myself gives me a way to explore the products in practice, alongside the process of building a small e-commerce business.
Working on my own spinet piano has given me an opportunity to engage with music from the mechanical side: looking closely at the instrument, working through a repair, and developing my practical understanding of how it works.
This personal project is part of a growing interest in instrument repair and the craft behind musical performance.
I’m Carlos Corpeno Panameno, a musician and maker based in Northern Virginia. Piano is the foundation of my musical background, with harmonica and accordion opening up new ways to perform and explore.
PianoScribbles brings my musical work together: teaching, arrangements, consistent practice, and the instruments and products I work on along the way.
I’m interested in arranging, selected teaching opportunities, collaborations, and conversations about instruments.
